I resent about HC.ru
I wanted to share my argument with hc.ru
We all love various actions that somehow save us money and not often we know what they are hiding behind them.
About 3-4 years ago an interesting web idea was born to a friend, we picked up a domain, chose hosting for a long time, we wanted the site to work quickly :)
the choice fell on hc.ru there was a campaign "when buying a hosting - a domain as a gift."
It was under this action that we saved money ...

But what was the result will learn under the cut :)
then I got my own dedicated server, and from a shared hosting I transferred all the websites to myself, leaving the storage of DNS records on an external hosting.
but there was a problem with the transfer :)
1 DNS records I did not have the right to manage. turned into a support I politely prompted to buy a domain for 600r. we all know that in 99% of cases this price includes Primary and Secondary dns
But it was not there, editing the DNS table settings was never there.
Another appeal to the support, they asked me to buy Primary and Secondary dns again for 600 rubles.
everything worked and arranged everything, until the time came again to extend not only the “Registration in the .ru zone” but also Primary and Secondary dns.
I again turned to the support of this company, they say why should I pay 2 times for one service?
I received an answer to make it work, pay and there will be happiness, I repeated the question, why should I pay twice for one service?
I again received a response, which I explained, this is due to the fact that the domain was in addition to your hosting, and there is no way around it.

And for the selected services I pay 2 times ($ 1000 in total :)). Thank you hc.ru :)
and by the way, not advertising will be said, but for about a year somewhere I use another hosting for my DNS names dnar.ru, only 95 rubles a year and these 95 rubles include DNSy and more flexible settings and the time of their use :)
