Android screensaver on HTC Hero Sprint

Continuing the topic, I assumed to write a review of the software used, but ... it seemed somehow boring. Therefore, for the experiment, the option was chosen to first make a screenshot-tour of the main software, with small postscripts.

UPDATE: It’s useful to start such topics, firstly, I’ve started to add a review of good software, and secondly, thanks to comments, new features are revealed. Thanks to Quickshooter for the tip on MoreLocate. Thanks to her, the phone is Russified in a few taps, and the official Russian keyboard is added on the CDMA-phone from Sprint. Therefore , almost all the screenshots were replaced and new ones were added, which were affected by the Russification.

As already seen on the first screen, this is my Home screen, which can be scrolled in different directions. There are seven of them. But so far I use only four: a home page with all communication accessories, a calendar, a player + 2 photo frames and bookmarks. You can find anything on these tables, widgets, links, and it was pleasant for me to find out that you can also do folders (you can see the My PDA folder on the screen at the home table) in which you can also store all kinds of utilities and including.

It’s more convenient, of course, to be significantly better than in Windows Mobile, but after the Innesoft Address Book it’s hard + this finger orientation doesn’t always lead to good software. Well, one wonders why it is impossible to sort the human? For example, I don’t need to sort by groups, I need to by Organizations, or vice versa grouping by Name and then by Organization. Well, okay, what is rich as they say.





Browser, in truth convenient. Especially considering that the multitouch normally got to the HTC devices. In the browser, no brakes. Stumbled upon Opera Mini in the market. I downloaded, laughed, remembered the old, drank ... Flash is very interesting. Not all for some reason, but only partially. And this part is for some reason, unfortunately - banners ... :)





In the previous topic I was asked for the Russification of the keyboard. At that time, I used the keyboard from Paragon Software and had already forgotten about it, because I found a smart one by responsiveness and even with the Russian word completion - AnySoftKeyboard from Menny Even Danan. “Tink! You have a new letter! ”- a ringtone for the arrival of a new mail, which can be viewed by launching a link immediately from the desktop of Inbox GMAIL. I did not see a more convenient option, somewhere in something it blocked me even regular email checking on a laptop. This just disappeared need. Even on the road behind the wheel, it is quite normal to read the text of the letter, and if it’s still in traffic jams, then answer :)

It's lovely, it's just no words. Especially in conjunction with Latitude, which my wife and I use just in case and simply and without meaning we make ourselves terribly jealous ... :)

But with the camera, they debated specifically, but I already mentioned this. On the other hand, it is quite enough to play with the Footprints application. This is a program that takes the current GPS coordinate and photo and connects it. As a result, you can view the entire route in the photos. Pretty funny it turns out. I'm waiting for the second Android for my wife, she is my lover of such toys. :)

This is what is missing, but I rarely use these questions personally, so this is a normal MS Office document viewer. No, the viewer is represented by the QuickOffice program, but it is slow and nothing very interesting, not to mention the fact that there is no simple editor. So, in this matter, you need to wait for the appearance of something more "tasty."



In general, to cover all the software for Android, of course, will not work, nor in this review in any other. Many programs appear, many are updated. One thing to note, on the Android Market you will not be bored, you can find software from just a tapeworm to a good MindMap. And do not forget, the Android market has only recently appeared ...
