A student of EF SPSU was convicted of hacking a faculty site - 2
It often happens that some outrageous plot is shown on TV, and correspondents promise to “follow the course of events”. Here, it happens, a person will sue for some horrific act of the authorities, and the broad masses will not know the verdict. However, not in our case.
2 months ago, here, on Habré, I wrote an article about how a student hacked into the website of the Faculty of Economics of St. Petersburg State University , for which I received 2 years conditionally. Readers actively rebelled to this fact, unanimously condemning the actions of the Faculty Administration, stating that this disgrace the educational institution, which thus solves questions with its own students. So, the story has a continuation. And allow a little quote for those who are not indifferent to this story.
Today (November 5), the City Court held a meeting of the judicial board on the appeal of the hacker of the official website of the Faculty of Economics. ')
The court considered the claims formulated in the complaint against the decision of the court of first instance to be unfounded. Cassation complaint rejected. The court decision is upheld. A source.
