The court found Psystar guilty

One of the most notorious cases in the IT industry lately - the months-long judicial friction between Psystar and Apple seems to be gradually coming to an end. The most interesting battle of the giant with the indestructible "worm" stopped yesterday, it would seem, and should have ended.

It was not there. The case will continue. And it seems that the trial may be delayed.

Psystar was found guilty yesterday (s?) Of violating the enormous number of copyrights and patents of the California Fruit, modifying the kernel and removing extensions from there, and, accordingly, hacking software for commercial gain.

Psystar’s lawsuit on Apple’s abuse on the Mac market was also rejected. The court decided that Apple only protects its own software within the law.

Psystar will also have to answer for the violation and use of foreign trademarks, in unfair competition and in a number of other cases. An appeal to a superior court PsyStar can do until February 2010.

Psystar is an American company that has been distributing computers under the OpenComputer brand since 2008, to which an option is to preinstall Mac OS X Leopard. Thus, Psystar is the first company commercially distributing Hackintosh computers.
