The structure of Astrostar.Ru business includes the portal Astrostar.ru, which works in partnership with Rambler, Cosmo.ru, WMJ.ru, Eva.ru, Odnoklassniki.ru, Ameno.ru, Ignio.ru, Goroskop.ru sites and others. The main source of income of the company is paid horoscopes, which, it is claimed, are compiled personally for each system user. The latter make their payments via SMS or through electronic payment systems.

Investments attracted by FINAM will be used to develop Astrostar.ru business. The plans - to develop several new astrological services and thematic sections. In addition, in the process of launching an affiliate program for WAP sites, cooperation is now being negotiated with mobile content market participants.

Commenting on the deal, Sergey Mikheev, head of the Internet projects division of the investment holding, noted that the new asset is in many ways similar to Mambu owned by FINAM.
