By the way, about time zones. We are traditionally used to be proud of their number, because it seemed to us a vivid illustration of the greatness of our Motherland. It really is. But have we ever seriously thought about how such a fractional division allows us to effectively manage our country, does it not result in the use of too expensive technologies? Examples of other countries (United States of America and China) show that it is possible to manage with a smaller time difference. These are big countries. Consideration should be given to reducing the number of time zones. Of course, it is necessary to calculate all the consequences of such a decision. This concerns, by the way, the expediency of switching to summer and winter time. Here, too, it is necessary to compare all the benefits of savings, the obvious inconvenience, but it must be done.
