HTML tags , , ^{, etc.}

It seems to me that it would be logical to allow the following HTML tags to be used in comments and texts:

<acronym> - for easy decryption of abbreviations that are present in IT texts in great variety
<big>, <small> - relatives, but for some reason deprived brothers of allowed semantic tags <em> and <strong>
<sup> and <sub> - can be useful for footnotes, notes, chemical records and other formulas
