Posting Restriction - Anti-Spam

A set of moderators is nice, but it may make sense to try to deal with spam with more social features:

You can put a limit on posting with negative karma. For example if karma
from 2 to 0 - you can create topics every 5 hours
from 0 to -3 - creation once a day
from -3 to -10 - creation once a week
The numbers may be different, but the idea itself is not bad.

You can also put a restriction on comments depending on habrasila. If it is positive - there are no restrictions, and when you go to minus, Habr will make you think about what you are writing.
