No money! It is not true. If this is true, then the vacancy should be called “Crisis Manager” and you definitely shouldn’t spare money for it - if the business is large, if it is small - it’s time for the director to retrain as taxi drivers.

Suddenly, still, the canary for a penny bite and not eat, but sing? Belief in miracle is forever alive in our people. Miracles are sometimes in the form of enthusiastic students or non-spoiled residents of suburbs or neighboring states, who, having looked around, gathered experiences, and most importantly, gaining confidence in themselves, go to places more adequate to their abilities. They are followed by shouts: “Traitor!”, But they do not hear. But echoes like epics of “miser” and “m $% ak” in konfah / blogs sometimes come back to the boss and even stick to the image of the company. In addition, the romp with newbies inspires not all professionals - no matter how you lose them.

What if our employees will read and find out ?! The stupid practice of hiding employees' salaries from each other (due to the fear of different cars) is very common and based (if we discard the minor moments) on the ancient tactic of “divide and rule”. As a rule, it is accompanied by appeals to “strengthen the team spirit!”, Which is typical.
The profit in the short period threatens to result in a loss in the big one, therefore: “do not regret the welding” ...
