Not the most popular, but no less useful Google service is the ability to create your own search engine. The technology is simple - you select sites in which the search engine will search first of all, thus narrowing the scope of the search and getting beautiful relevant results. I wanted to find a search engine for C ++, but I did not see anything useful. I went to Google Custom Search , threw a list of sites (15 pieces, not more) and saw that it was good - it was already looking much better than the standard Google search. Here is a link to this mini search. I would be glad if habrassiplice producers help me in developing and adding to the list of acceptable sites. There are the following options:
" ha! so it already exists! " you poke my nose into the already created thematic search engine for C ++, I sprinkle ashes on my head, close the topic and happily use this search engine,
" Hurray, we will create YOUR search engine, with functors and allocators ." There are two reasonable options. The first is that I distribute 100 invites to those who want to join the content base of the search engine sites and they are directly included in the editing. Or you can create a publicly available and freely editable page (yes at least this one), which can be blamed on all links. Well, the page as a source of links will be eaten by Google.
proposals for changing the system for creating a custom search, ideas about how to connect things like delicious bookmarks (or, for example) marked with appropriate tags, MSDN pages, whose URLs are not related to the topic, etc. are also accepted.
