CSE or how to create your own search engine based on Google technology in 5 minutes

Google has always pleased users with an abundance of high-quality services and services. If Google offers something, it means it is necessary. I think everyone has become accustomed to this.

I want to tell you about a service called CSE - Custom Search Engine. But it gives you the opportunity to create your own specialized search engine in just a few minutes.

The purpose of the service is the same as the main goal of Google - to quickly provide the user with the information he needs. And this time, the way to achieve this goal is literally brilliant and, like all brilliant, is extremely simple :-)

So…

Google assumes that every user on the Internet has a certain set of knowledge and professional skills in the field of interest to him (the user). He (the user) has repeatedly searched for information about this on the Internet, went through a lot of results in the issuance of search engines and knows many quality resources on this particular topic. So why not give him the opportunity to organize a search for these (quality) resources?

That is what the CSE service offers to do.
You create a search engine that uses Google technology. This is like a search on your site, only it (search) is carried out on all sites that you have included in your list. Thus, the Internet community gets a full-fledged search engine, but this search engine does not show sites in the query results that do not have any relation to the query or low-quality (in your opinion) websites, or doorway pages.
It is written, of course, a little abstruse ... For clarity, I will give two examples:
• Progler.ru - Search engine for a programmer (http://progler.ru)
Progler.Ru searches the programming sites, which allows you to more specifically and quickly respond to requests.
• DNSE.RU - Search engine for the domainer (Domain Name

Finally I will say that such search engines work perfectly. Quickly and efficiently, not giving in the results too much.

Well, and those who decided to create their own search engine. To do this (or rather, to issue) in two ways:

2. With the results on your page.

Both options suggest the possibility of installing a request form on your site.

Register yourself a mailbox on gmail.com , log in to your account with it, and go to www.google.com/coop/cse/overview?hl=en to start
Then fill in a few simple fields (name, description, keywords and, most importantly, a list of sites to search for) - ALL!, The search engine is ready! If you also have minimal knowledge of html - there is nothing easier to transfer this search engine to your own domain, or insert a request form into your site!
