Well, well - there is a password recovery form - I go there and what I see - I see a question that I couldn’t ask in principle. Not mine. All - the box was taken away. And together with him, it is possible that the domain I own for about 10 years ...

But not everything is so simple. There they ask what password I have, ask the answer to the same question ... Strange. And virtually no other information that can be verified. Name, date of birth, gender. Well, ok - I entered it all. Comes - the answer - the information is not enough so that we can help you (Your Robot mail.ru).

There is a domain. in the com.ua zone - there is a website - dns.com.ua where you can find out the UANIC-handler by domain, it has the name (1), phone (2) and email (your) - and not least - the date of this change Information is 2006. We teach a fairly confirmed link - domain-name-phone-email. You can call by telephone - it is real (the code has just changed from 095 to 499). In addition, I suggest - there is a site on this domain - as usual, they verify its ownership - I can place there any file or info on the page.
But. Apparently only the robot reads these letters and the answer I received is the same as the first time - there is not enough information so that we can help you.
So the question is - how can this situation be corrected?
And there are also indirect “proofs” - with the same name, my box is a list.ru and gmail.com.
