2. The user can not immediately give a comment, put a plus topic, put a plus karma author
3. Add +1 to the users counter on the site
I think that in the future there will be a certain protocol that will allow you to comment on the entries through the RSS reader, put pluses on posts, add karma to the authors of blogs that have such functions.
