The work of the service of repairing mobile phones
Dear Colleagues.
Today I visited one of the mobile phone repair shops. And what a feature that made me think. "... Please, before you take the phone in for repair, save all the data. The company is not responsible for saving all the data in the phone, and after repairing the device, all user settings and data will be missing in it ...."
Is it really so difficult, for each service to save all the information independently, and after repairing the phone, to write it back? It seems to me that quite a large number of people who applied to the service (mothers, grandmothers, workers (who do not know how to use the phone and computer at the same time)) have no idea how to save the information, and then overwrite it back. I felt it on personal experience, and perhaps this service could attract potential customers. After all, how great it would be if it were possible to pick up the phone from the repair, and there everything is already as it was before the breakdown (contacts, photos, music, etc.).
