Wallpaper - line on the desktop

I often come across the need to measure in pixels on the screen a single object, be it an icon, window size, interface element size, or measure a certain resolution on the screen.
A suitable tool, like a ruler in Photoshop, is missing.
Inspired by the idea of a well-known bureau, which offers special lined wallpaper, decided to create their own similar wallpaper, because this version did not suit me at all.
My requirements for wallpaper:
-minimal graphic noise
- minimum load for eyes
-the ability to measure any standard resolution

Here's what happened in the end:
With a dark background
Transparent mesh in png
