Political cybersquatting or becoming president of taiping

In Ukraine, an unprecedented event occurred. Someone Vasyl Gumenyuk, a native of the Carpathian village, changed his last name to Protyvsikh. And all would be fine if the goal of this was not to win the presidential elections in Ukraine - he had already paid a deposit of UAH 2,500,000 and registered as a presidential candidate.
The fact is that according to opinion polls, about 10% of voters intend to put a tick in the ballots opposite the column “Protect all” (I do not support any candidate). Well, you can say that some kind of "traffic" is guaranteed to him :)
