How to take my money from the Yandex wallet. Part 2.2. Statement

Today at 9.30 am I was in the Novo-Savinovsky police department of Kazan. I waited at the watchman’s window for 3 minutes, after which I explained to the woman in the duty room where I was yesterday and what they told me there . The woman took the microphone in her hands and started yelling at him very loudly: “An employee of such and such, go to the duty room!” Several times. A couple of minutes later, an employee went downstairs, listened to my story and led me inside the police department. There I gave the printed statement, explanation and 4 screenshots.
-In electronic form, everything is preserved?
-Yes of course!
-With myself?
-Yes. On a flash drive.
-Give it to me.

He inserted a USB flash drive into the computer, (attention!) Checked it with an antivirus and began to correct the errors and inaccuracies that he found in the statement and explanation. Then he printed everything out and gave it to me for signature. Edited documents at my request, he threw me on the USB flash drive.
-Tell me, do they often come to you on such matters?
Well, it happens sometimes.
-And large amounts of steal?
-It depends. Sometimes and 16000 are taken away, sometimes less. Always different.
- Find?
-Well, sometimes find, sometimes not.
-When should I wait for an answer?
-Documents will get to the head of the police department on Monday, then 10 days are given for the consideration of your application.
We talked for another 5 minutes, after which I went downstairs, I was given a coupon-notification with the KUSP number.
Waiting so long is not in my interests. If the application is left and the ticket is issued, that it is accepted - a signal to action! I sent to the e-mail of the “K” department (the person gave it to me by telephone ) in Kazan all the documents left in the police department + the KUSP coupon number. So it will move much faster.
For habrasoobshchestva suggest documents left in the police department (statement + explanation). Both documents are saved in .doc and .opt formats (ie, a total of 4 files in the archive). You can download from narod.ru/disk . I hope they will not be useful to anyone (in the sense that you do not have such situations) ...

UPD 2 . Answer from Yandex:
The unit is called “Repeat Last Payments”. There are only payments available for replay. Payments to exchangers for replay are not available, as well as some other types of payments - depends on the settings of the "store" (the generalized name of the counterparties).
