Which city likes Call of Duty the most?

Before the release of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, there are only a few days left, the hype is in full swing. The Amazon online store launched the original contest to figure out the city where this game is most loved. The winner is calculated by the ratio of the population of the city (according to census data) to the number of pre-orders. The winning city will receive a $ 5000 certificate from Amazon. Where to spend "war money", the authorities can decide for themselves.

For several days now, Grand Forks (North Dakota) has been holding the lead. Although the city itself is quite small, but, judging by Wikipedia , there is the University of North Dakota and a large military base, and even Amazon's national call center. With such a "nuclear" combination, Grand Forks is doomed to victory.
