Alltopnews.ru - blog ranking based on the Yandex. Blogs API

As reported recently on Habrahabr , Yandex will soon cease supporting the ranking of popular entries. Despite the fact that according to their own statement that the service is not supposed to be massive, a number of users (including me) enjoyed the rating while looking at the latest and most current records. Therefore, in order not to lose such a convenient way to view the digest of topics, an alpha version of the alltopnews project was created .
