How I built my data center - part two, construction. Many pictures

So, the project is ready, work has begun.
Since I am not a builder, but a signalman, there will be a lot of pictures and few letters in this part.

They removed all the pipes from the future containment. We started to make the ceiling from leaks from above. We make a coupler.


The skeleton is made. The ceiling is made. The screed is flooded. It's time to sheathe


We sheathe non-combustible insulation and non-combustible moisture-proof plasterboard.

She weared, sealed the gaps, painted the tight area with white paint.


We put the frame under yupsy.


Hooray raised floor brought. What is a data center without a raised floor? Is that the first category of reliability for TIA-942


With the help of a UFO-like fixture and a kettle, we assemble the raised floor. I missed the ground loop, but here we already see it.
