Polycom 320 and sipXecs - work via the Internet?

5 phones from a subject came to me.
Task: put 3 phones in the same office with a SIP server and 2 in the other, connecting to the server via the Internet.
Put on the local office network an old IBM server with sipXecs. Set up the phones in the office - everything is great.
The server is connected to the Internet via ADSL 15Mbit Down, 1.5 Mbit UP - it is designed for a maximum of 1 active conversation outside the office (actually to the second office) at the same time - I think these speeds will be enough.
Opened ports 5060 and all RTP: 16384-32767 (UDP) both on the server side and in another office on the client side.
In the second office, the phones find the server, connect and write that everything seems to be ok, but when you try to make a call over the Internet (from the second office to the first one) you don’t even have a dial tone, and at the second end it’s like a call, but it’s impossible to answer (you pick up the phone, still calls, and the “Answer” button does not respond to pressing).
When you try to call from the first office to the second (actually via the Internet), you immediately transfer it to the answering machine.
Notice when you try to call from a second office to a disconnected customer (there must be an answering machine), the seconds counter is turned on, and there is silence in the handset.
I tried to change the devices (maybe defective) - it does not help.
I tried to call in the second office from one phone to another (both are connected via Internet to the SIP server) - the same as with the call to the first office.
Can anyone help in connecting the devices via the Internet?
Thanks in advance.
I will also be happy after that to write an article about connecting sipXecs - since on Habré found relevant articles only on Astriks-PBX.
