Hey. There was a light and simple, but powerful and functional idea for Habr.
Habrahabr lives most IT-interested persons. And most of them are “pro” in their business. And sometimes you want to ask a question, just this very “pro”, but there is no such possibility. In the conference, a small number of people are sitting and for any question they send to Google :) It’s right, but studying from the article is much more fun and more practical than scouring forums, and besides, you can’t answer some questions in the usual way. For this there is the concept of "Topics". (in this paragraph everything sounds silly, but oh well)
Legend:
authors - potential authors of possible topics
Requests - Requests from users to authors, to write an article on the requested topic.
needy - users who leave requests :)
Create a section on Habré, on which interested individuals can leave requests for topics for authors.

Pluses for authors: It is possible to describe the question of interest, to have food for thought, thanks to abrupt inquiries. Get rich karma, increase and strengthen credibility.
Pluses for Habr: Habr will continue to intensively develop and grow. And to have on board more and more useful and interesting articles.
Pluses for the needy: The ability to deploy the answer to an interesting question, print it and hang it in a frame on the wall. Plus author, kakbe thanked.
For paranoia screaming that habr is not a forum, I want to note that articles-instructions enjoy great success with habrisoobshchestva, and in my opinion, it will not thus turn into an IT-forum.
