And in the contact center there are illiterate girls with standard ways to solve all problems: “unplug the modem (or router) and reconnect”, “restart the computer”, “walk around the room with the router in search of a better signal” and similar nonsense. 65) You have to wait for a response of 50 minutes, the support is not competent, all questions have one offer to reboot / reflash the device. Open requests after a month, close the problem without resolving the problem without notifying the client. (-ten)

October Custom Picture: Perplexity.People are confused, falsely focusing on the statements "10 Mbit" and "high-speed Internet." Regularly receiving in practice a modem access speed with a full signal, the user logically (in Russian) believes that he was “fooled”.
Constantly being on the one hand in a serious field of media pressure, and on the other in almost vacuum from standard answers from technical support, the user only becomes convinced of his suspicions.
Pediatric growth disease will play a trick on Yota if you do not immediately start modifying the feedback formats. People voting with a ruble are worthy to know about the technical work at the BS, about the overloaded areas and about the timeframe for normalizing the situation before any actions start. Not 10, but 1-2 Mbit of stable work - would remove most of the claims and the general wave of user voltage.
By the way, about some qualitative changes in October, representatives spoke in one of the radio interview (
