Mitsubishi announced a 23-inch high-speed IPS-monitor

Mitsubishi Electric introduced the Diamondcrysta WIDE RDT231WM-X monitor in the Japanese market. The model is positioned as a competitor to TFT-displays while retaining all the advantages of the IPS-matrix.

The diagonal is 23 inches and supports the resolution of FullHD resolution - 1920x1080 pixels. The dynamic contrast of the monitor is 5,000: 1, the response time is 3.8 ms, the brightness is 300 cd / m2, and the viewing angles are 178 degrees vertically and horizontally.

Like most modern multimedia monitors, the novelty is equipped with two speakers, DVI-D and D-Sub ports. The kit also includes a remote control.

Due to this, Mitsubishi does not report such an enchanting speed for IPS-matrices. There is a suspicion that we are talking about standard marketing tricks. However, sales of the “fastest IPS monitor” will start in Japan on November 20, so there is hope that the test results will be read soon.
