A small step towards e-government

Sitting in a car at the traffic police inspector and waiting for him to draw up a protocol on administrative violation (speeding at 20 km / h) came up with another idea: "How good it would be to have a resource on which you could see your fines." After all, the traffic police have a single database, which contains all the fines, why not make a Web-based interface to this database.

However, it is worth thinking about security and differentiation of access rights so that the driver can only watch his fines. Alternatively, adopt a system of on-line bank clients, and authenticate with digital certificates in the system, or use one-time password generators.

For example, if you want to have access to your fines, to see when and for what they were discharged, when they were paid and whether they were paid at all, write to a certain e-mail request to receive a login and password.

If we somewhat develop the idea, then the same system can be proposed for the tax service, the pension fund and many other services. Although with the listed services is more difficult, as there is a single database
