Such services have decent websites, accounts on Habré - PayStream and outwardly - very nice reputation. Here, for example, PayStream, through which citizens read "Read-Aliens-SMS" or TeleBill with GSM-Locator.
I know that any well-established area has its own traditions and views, so probably SMS billing inside is more complicated than it seems. Tell me, maybe I'm wrong, are they really immoral bastards, or is it technically so difficult to determine that their client is engaged in anti-social activities?
Maybe there is a way to get them interested in cleaning up the rows of their clients? For example, write to mobile operators? Who do the billing systems depend on?
