It can be hard to follow the conversation thread, especially if people communicate without avatars. You read, you understand, and then suddenly you realize that something is wrong, you reread looking at the nicknames and everything falls into place. And why? Because the color of the nicknames and the default avatar picture are the same.

What if the default avatars are in color?

Let's say for every person without an avatar who unsubscribed in the kata, a unique color default avatar is attached and such an attack extends only within the limits of the kata. I think it will become just visually easier to follow the conversation.

But katy are big, with a lot of people involved. Then you need to create dozens or maybe even hundreds of color default avatar. But the main, confidently distinguishable colors are not so many and you have to switch to shades that, perhaps with an unaided eye, will become similar to the primary colors. Then the default avatars can be two-color or the nickname of users will change color.

I want to note that this piece most likely will not like users without avatars (that this is my nickname and the box on the side is constantly changing colors) and will become a motivation to finally establish a unique visual identity in a conversation :)

But in principle, you can attach any identifier, such as a character from a set of a specific font or just numbers.
