The people in LiveJournal agreed to meet on this Sunday on Christmas Boulevard in the center of Moscow in order to conduct a "tour of the places of military glory of the special militia forces". It was planned to follow the route of the “Dissenters’ March ”, dispersed by law enforcement agencies last Saturday, and hear the eyewitnesses’ memories. This time there were no demands put forward, no posters were hung out, that is, the origin was not a political action - just a walk or a tour.

However, the authorities were scared again. To the place of the flash mob, significant OMON forces were pulled up - according to eyewitnesses from the LiveJournal , there were 1,000 police officers per 20 protesters. Fortunately, tourists were not beaten, but still they were hampered in every way, and five people, including the well-known human rights activist Lev Ponomarev, were arrested.

“On Sunday, activists of a number of opposition youth organizations agreed to organize a“ flash mob ”campaign on Rozhdestvensky Boulevard - a simple walk without posters, slogans and rallies. Arrangements to stroll along Rozhdestvensky Boulevard, to the places of military glory of the riot police, youth organizations reached via the Internet. It turns out that the usual walk also causes concern to the law enforcement agencies, ”says the chairman of the Moscow-Helsenian group, Lyudmila Alekseeva.
