University's internal website - what should it be?

Hello. There was an idea to create an internal university site that would be useful for both students and teachers, and I wanted to consult with you, dear habrasoobschestvo, about what you would like to see on such a site.
I'll start with what I already thought of:

Teachers can
1. To keep a journal of attendance and student performance (similar to paper).
2. View data on the performance and attendance of both individual students and entire groups, or faculties. Data can be viewed in various forms: for example, as tables, or as graphs. Data can be compared and merged (for example, to display a graph of student performance Ivanov from the subjects "Higher Mathematics", "Algorithms", "Discrete Mathematics").
3. Create your own page with some information about yourself, with the possibility of keeping a diary or message board (for example: “On Wednesday, consultation for the group PZ-05-1 is postponed from 16:00 to 18:00”).
4. Create tests to test students' knowledge.
5. Download various materials that may be necessary for students: video, audio, documents, books, and so on.
6. Create polls among students.
7. Create discussion topics and invite different groups of users for discussion (for example, teachers of the mathematics department, or a specific person, or students of a certain group, etc.).
8. Exchange messages with other registered users of the site.

Students can
1. Blogging.
2. To create discussions (by analogy with the section "Teachers can").
3. Exchange messages (by analogy with the section "Teachers can").
4. Exchange materials (by analogy with the section "Teachers can").
5. View your own attendance and performance.
6. Create class schedules (depending on the education system and the form of education, visits to couples can be either mandatory or voluntary, therefore, in addition to having schedules posted on the website, the student should be able to compile them independently)
')
For now, these are all my ideas. Before that, I only kept them in my head and did not describe them on paper, so it is possible that I forgot something.
I will be very grateful to everyone who responds on the topic.

PS If the system is complicated enough, then most likely I will do it as a thesis project and make it OpenSource.
