Megaphone cannot (does not want) customize work with its USSD requests. Starting from “Service is temporarily not available” - it is “access” because the end of the request is cut off.
Luring advertising with free sms when replenishing the balance: “Aktiviruy bonus za popolninie scheta! Naberi * 228 # i poluchi 5 besplatnuh SMS. Srok dlya aktivacii - 7 dney ".
When dialing, the answer is “1 - Connect package 2 - Balance SMS”. When replying, a message is displayed stating that the cost of its 10 kopecks is: “The cost of the bonus package is 10 kopecks->". In the following: “Bonus for account replenishment in the amount of 5->”
First: why should I guess what I need to send? All my friends have a similar situation: the answers to USSD requests are cut off and then displayed in Russian, and then in English. Call the support service (the situation below) is not enough patience.
If anyone knows how it is configured - tell me (on Beeline everything is fine with USSD)

Service Guide. I could not enter it - during registration I was sent such a password (of the form “l0pd1I”), which from three attempts to enter correctly did not work, because the characters I (i, i), l (L) and 1 (one ) on the font of my phone are not distinguishable. As a result, the entrance to the Service Guide is blocked.
In order to gain access to the Service Guide you need to call support service. I honestly waited about half an hour to repent to the operator and get his blessing. But fate did not favor me.
Unexpected thinking - ANY (who knows your phone number) can block your access to the Service Guide by simply entering the wrong password three times! No restrictions on IP or something like that. Access to the Service Guide is simply blocked, and you need to call support. Nowhere else did I encounter such nonsense.
5 years ago, when I developed the simplest system for generating passwords for users, the characters that looked the same were excluded. Why can't these big market players do this?
Fact 3
In some places, the terrible quality of communication with which MegaFon employees can do nothing (repeated calls to nothing). It seems that the signal level is modulated by a sinusoid: you can talk for a few minutes, then the signal disappears completely, appearing only after a minute.
