Certification of Runet and a letter to the President

I want to share with you my little story.
I sat on Sunday evening and did not know what to do with myself. I decided to surf, to read what happened in the world and for the hundredth time, probably, I saw the news "On changes in the rules for registering domain names in the .RU domain".
And then for some reason I remembered DileSoft's topic about how he wrote a letter to the President, in which he asked our head of state about the existence of a blog. Well, without hesitation, I decided to write a letter too.

Its essence was, approximately, such:

What is required to identify yourself? For what purpose was it intended?
And he expressed his opinion that this measure may lead to a slowdown in the growth of the domain zone .RU, or even to a general decline, because in many other zones this is not required and many will prefer to register domains in other zones and remain anonymous.

After 2 days, I received a notification to the mailbox that my question was sent to the Ministry of Communications for consideration. And today, in my mailbox, I found a paper letter.

To be honest, I was not very satisfied with the answer, but I did not expect more. Just wanted to check the connection :)

PS By the way, somehow they are slow to work there. The answer turns out I waited about 1.5 months.
