This system supports a new approach to programming, the so-called language orientation (Language Oriented Programming). Speaking more gracefully (the literal translation does not fit) is a meta-oriented programming approach. The idea of ​​this approach is to expand your existing programming language to create your own, tailored to your business rules. I do not know how convenient this is, but this topic definitely deserves to pay attention to it. MPS was created by Jetbrains in 2003 as a research project. Since 2006, the company has used this project in the development of new products. MPS is a free product released under the Apache 2.0 license.
