Barter Startups

Do you want to make a startup (by this word I mean any new Internet project here), but you do not have start-up capital? Do you have a personal Internet project, but you do not have the opportunity to develop it with dignity?

How would you react to the suggestion that another specialist would help you with your startup in barter: just for a portfolio, for a permanent link from your site or for some work for him on your part?
