"Slow" sending from a script
The customer asked to solve the problem - mail from the forum was not sent because before that the server was broken, spam was sent and the hoster disconnected mail ().
In order to avoid a headache with the server, I decided once again to use the proven method - Google Apps. Set up mx's, registered domain, set up forum. But suddenly there were unexpected problems for gmail, problems - emails from the forum are delivered in 5-10-30-90 minutes (!!!).
Checked sending from a mailer - letters from gmail'a on mail.ru reach instantly. I registered the same gmail account in the forum settings - there is no letter, it will probably come again in an hour.
Before that, I already sent letters from my scripts - everything was fabulous. Forum - IP Board.

Has anyone encountered this gmail behavior?
PS As soon as it turns out the reasons / solutions - immediately will be an update. :)
UPDATE Now no mail is sent at all, and gmail will issue

In general, I think that I'm trying to send spam. Apparently this happened due to the fact that I accidentally activated a couple of dozen users on the forum and sent them letters. And many boxes do not exist (bots curves reged).
However, this is the reason why the letters are not sent. And why they slowly went - it is not clear. I will wait a day, through which you can again send letters - then we will see how it all works.
