Rebranding continues

I went yesterday to the site of the Russian Railways and was surprised. Changing the logo (very similar to this , isn’t it?) And painting a part of the cars, RZD started the site.

Interestingly, the budget is not enough, or they have a new webmaster?

What I noted:

1. Disgustingly rounded corners and blurred lines at the blocks - I can not imagine in which graphical editor you can do this
2. The gnawed pen on the banner was apparently drawn in pencil and scanned.
3. Unclear 100 indents in the source code
4. And indeed, the very fact of such a site at such a company ...

What users noted:

1. Ticker
2. Dispersed layout - screen
3. Banner, where there is not enough signature: Railways! Trains are flying now! - screen
4. Trouble free validation
5. The lack of color selection and hover on the links
