"Second time" or Fry's syndrome

Working for the last 7-8 years in various it companies noticed an interesting thing, even those people who practically worked yesterday at a large company did a very routine job for them, turning into a small, but just starting to develop, company takes a second wind.

Even when an occupation is similar to the previous work, a willingness to work for an idea, to work with enthusiasm, to work with a twinkle appears. Immediately I recall the first series of Futurama and Fry rejoicing career-courier.

Why do so many need such “bloodletting” for the re-establishment of an internal motor? ..
