VS wizard: PHP extension

About a month ago they experimented with writing extensions and faced a real problem: if in * nix the development is simple and transparent, then in Windows you can get rid of the strains of the hemorrhoids, and the solution is far from obvious.

As you know, php <= 5.2 is collected using the museum versions of VC, while attempts to collect with versions 7-9 were doomed to failure: either they did not collect or fell in the process.
In version 5.3, developers made it possible to build PHP with VS 2008, so this problem is solved. But ... collecting the ethnicities is much easier. Even newer versions of VC for PHP <= 5.2.
We made the solution, simple and transparent, which in a couple of mouse clicks would create a project for VS 2008 (focused on the standard + version).
