Tea drinking with Intel

Hello, habrovtsy, habrovchane and, of course, beautiful habrovchanochki! We are starting the last, final week of the literary and artistic project “ We are changing cute prizes for practical questions for Intel employees ”, better known as “ 5 weeks with Intel ”.

Drumroll…

First of all, I would like to congratulate the winners of the previous weeks:
')
1 week . SSE user for this intimate question
2 week . User Yfka for this curiosity.
3 week . RZK333 with this immodest question . Could and be ashamed! :)
4 week . Terror user with a bunch of questions :)

At the end of the campaign, all these people are guaranteed to receive a remarkable prize , as well as have already become contenders for the main prize - the Lenovo IdeaPad 10-2 netbook.

The intrigue of the situation lies in the fact that the netbook can be obtained by other participants in our program if they ask a truly outstanding question to Intel employees.

Secondly, we recall why we are doing this. Intel is a very big and very serious company, which historically has been mainly engaged in the development and production of processors - but not only. The forward-looking and friendly employees of Intel quite rightly believe that the company's image - at least in the Russian-speaking space - may be too serious, so we came up with this humanitarian project: habrovchane, being curious and open people, ask questions to our employees, our employees, being open and inquisitive people, they are answered - well, or they are trying to answer because of the existing NDA and other types of responsibility, without which the functioning of any large and serious company cannot is possible.

It seems the project was a success. We managed to talk about the architecture and optimization of applications with Vika Zhislina and Alexey Rogachkov, discuss Intel’s development tools with Vladimir Tsymbal, look extremely closely at WiMAX in Russia together with Dmitry Laryushin and arrange a round table on graphic development with Vika Zhislina, Philipp Gerasimov and Vladimir Travkin. Even if you participated in the process, refresh the questions and answers - it seems to us that the discussions came out very interesting, detailed and efficient. Thanks for participating!

Third, the intrigue is still preserved - the fifth, last week of dialogues with Intel employees is ahead. This time we decided not to limit you to specific topics and to arrange a buffet for questions and answers. For example, did you know that Intel is engaged in supporting young inventors and innovators - and what Russian programmer doesn’t dream of his own startup? In the friendly community of " Galaxy Intel " there is a whole series of materials on this topic - not abstract words and statements with which many large IT companies sin, but concrete life stories with examples and advice. However, in five weeks we did not have time to touch on many other interesting topics - for example, we didn’t tell about the Intel summer internship program for students , Intel educational programs , Intel Classmate PC netbooks and much more.

Let's say we have an affiliate program for software developers and an application development support program for systems based on Intel Atom - you make software, and we give practical advice using our knowledge and experience in developing applications for a specific architecture: we provide the SDK, we help you plan your development and even sell it. Tell us about your projects and maybe we can support your initiatives!

It will be extremely flattering for us to hear from you questions on all these topics - but not only on them. Do not limit your imagination! Perhaps you have long wanted to ask a question to company executives, or developers, or managers - according to previous discussions, it is obvious that Intel has smart, polite, interesting, cheerful and curious people, so now is the time to do it - and get a netbook Lenovo for the very best question!

Successes!
