Jabber bot notifies of the progress of sporting events

The idea arose to create a jabber bot that would notify in real time about the progress of sporting events.

Many sports news sites have text-based live streaming matches. It is only necessary that they also be broadcast in jabber.

A person signs up well in advance of a designated sporting event (for example, a match between the Russian national football team and Azerbaijan) - and during the match he receives messages - about dangerous attacks or unforbidden penalties, account changes, etc.

Also, you can make several levels of importance of events. For example, a person can subscribe either only to a change in the score, or to a full text translation with all the details of the match.

In addition, you can create a bot - which would broadcast the results of the matches of a separate championship - for example, the championship of the Continental Hockey League - a match is played - it sends the result to those who subscribe.
This bot can make a subscription to the results of matches with the participation of individual teams (for example, all matches in which avant-garde from Omsk participated).

Also, you can create an informational bot - which, upon request, would issue the current table of the requested championship.

I have already offered this idea to the administration of the portal sports.ru - they refused, considering the labor costs for the implementation are not relevant to the demand for this service. I recently proposed to one of the developers of the clisearch.net bot - and received a conceptual consent to programming such a bot.

Now I’m looking for a sports portal that would agree to provide match data in a convenient format for parsing.
