Domains.org and .info will rise in price

Following the increase in prices for domains in the .com and .net zones, the registrars of the .org and .info names also announced that the cost of registration will increase by 2.5%. At the same time, Public Interest Registry, which manages the .org domain, revealed its plans last Wednesday, wrote a letter to ICANN, and Afilias, which is engaged in registration in the .info zone, announced its intentions last week.

The contracts that both companies entered into with ICANN stipulate a price increase of no more than 10% per year. Now the cost of the domain name .org and .info will be $ 6.15.
