The idea of complaining in Habré about injustice on the part of large telecom players has become a kind of trigger for the latest operational decisions. There are plenty of examples and I hope my story will not be left without attention.
It so happened that several years ago I connected to the Netbynet Internet service provider (then in the Otradnoye area it was called Degunino). During the last two months, the Internet has disappeared, and not for minutes and hours, but for days. By indirect evidence, the cliff was not in my house, because I saw the broadcast packets of my neighbors remarkably, but somewhere on the highway. The caliper fed with regular “breakfasts,” they did not connect with the management (prohibited by the regulations), all complaints to the local office in writing were, in general, the standard situation - for Netbynet.
My next phone claim, just yesterday, from a 980-28-00 phone from Netbynet, the manager called and told a fantastic story about the housing complex in my area and that supposedly all providers, except one (delicately not mentioned), were forcibly evicted. And if I want to get the Internet, I have to subscribe to a statement cleverly compiled by someone or deal with the housing cooperative myself.
Taking into account the fact that the housing cooperative and a friend and friend to any tenant decided to get their opinion on some issues. As it turned out, despite the fantastic story about the eviction of providers, I have a choice of at least 6 operators to whom I can easily connect, because they have a contract with this HBC. The notorious Netbynet, despite all the assurances of their managers, did not HAVE and DO NOT have contracts with this HBC for the installation of its equipment. Well, as a result of random uncontrolled attacks in the attic, I received once again a denial of access and an offer to sign a contractual relationship.

Here are two stories of one problem. I don’t know who to believe ... But the fact that the Internet doesn’t work still remains. Given that Netbynet is a branch company, i.e. each district has its own office (branch), it is not clear why the parent organization is still loyal to the branch of SVAO (Otradnoe) and allows such failures.
It is interesting what habr readers and company representatives think about this, if they are there.
