Several entertaining Python projects

Introduction.

I wondered for a long time whether to create this topic.
The argument is against : the creations are not mine, so the invite should not be expected , and due to the lack of source codes, the usefulness of the article is not great.
Argument for : I was very impressed with what I saw, and hardly anyone will be looking for something relating to Python and programming in general in youtube.

So in the end I decided to share what I saw with the audience. And I will share with you several videos that reveal the capabilities of a number of programs written in python using the pygame module. The main themes of the applications are various kinds of simulations.

About the author (but not from the author).

The author of all six applications is Badmephisto - a student from Slovakia, currently living in Canada. He is quite known as a speedcube, but, I think, no less talented in programming. He is also a great mathematician who is interested in fractals.

Actually video.

And so - to the point. I will probably not explain what is happening, since “it’s better to see once ...” and all the videos have a concise, but sufficient, author’s description. I tried to post videos from the smallest to the largest.

1. Neural Nets Simulation

2. Pedestrians Walking - Crowd Simulation

3. 3D Engine

4. Sketcher: Program Draws Pictures

5. 4 Seasons Animation

6. Evolving Types of Motion in Simple Organism

Afterword.

I hope someone will enjoy this video, someone will be interested. But I was very impressed. I have not seen anything like this yet. After watching, I perfectly understood that it was the merit of the programmer (the creator), but not Python (the tool), and yet it was these videos that prompted me to begin my acquaintance with Python, which continues to this day and does not cease to deliver i enjoy

About the source code - as promised, they will not. And very sorry.
Maybe someone will not find something incredible here, but I think it’s hard to disagree that the author is well done and he clearly has something to tell people. But he says nothing.

I’m not aware of being online. I don’t even have a chance to make it up.

I realize it is perhaps a little disappointing. Maybe one resource is gamedev.net, they have a good forum for programming games in particular. Also there is some source code for pygame.org for some complex and simple games. It may be hard to tell you.

The end of the quote.

This is how it is. I have no doubt that he himself wrote everything himself (and almost from scratch). But it never ceases to amaze me.

I hope this article was for you, a highly respected% username%, useful or at least interesting. The writer of me is unimportant, so excuse me. I hope the punctuation marks are mostly in place.

UPD : Many thanks to mikeSP for an invite.
UPD : Transferred to the Python blog. I hope I do not hurt anyone)))
