Mac OS X 10.6.2: beta version went for testing

Yesterday, Apple provided developers with a Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.2 build 10C.214f for testing.

If the first update, which was released on September 10, was sent to correct critical, but few errors, the second company went through the system much more carefully.

Update affects:
Address Book, AppleScript, AppleScript, ATS, ColorSync, Component Manager, Core Animation, Core Audio, Core Chinese Engine, Core Data, Core Graphics, File Manager, Garbage Collection, Graphic drivers, Help Viewer, ImageKit, IOHIDFamily, Networking , NS Image, OpenCL, OpenGL, OSA, QT Kit, Speech Recognition, Sync Services and Xtype.

And also, the update is attached quite an impressive list of known problems, the correction of which is planned:
- “freezing” of DVD-player and Parental Control panel in System Preferences
- unrecognized optical drive

Expect Update 10.6.2 in the middle of October.
