Confirmation call when paying via QIWI terminal

Last weekend I was somewhat disappointed by the unexpected innovation with the usual payment for services through the QIWI Personal Account. It was required to confirm the fact of payment by accepting a call from the robot and pressing “one”. For a sudden service, the terminal also took a fee - 1 ruble. For some reason, the robot did not accept my “one” entry and canceled all transactions, had to be re-entered. However, the ruble was withdrawn. Re-entered the payment, successfully (another +1 ruble in favor of QIWI) confirmed them (by the way, in a noisy shopping center).

Today I remembered this surprise and decided to disable it through the QIWI website. Fortunately, this feature was found there. Disabling the “service” is made (bingo!) By means of a confirmation call (and the resultant withdrawal of the precious ruble from the account).

I think this way to monetize the service is not the most loyal to consumers.
