VmWare Workstation 7 RC, VmWare Player 3 RC has become available

This news passed somehow by Habr, but the other day VmWare released Release Candidate of its hypervisors for workstations - Workstation 7 RC and Player 3 RC.
Workstation 7 (basic):

• full support for Windows 7 as a guest and host OS, as well as Windows Server 2008 R2, Debian 5, and ESX (hardware virtualization support is required).
• Support 4 cores on VM.
• Integration of printers in VM.
• Dynamic update of VMware Tools.
• Drag and Drop file attachments, formatted text graphics.
• New, simplified Virtual Network Editor.

Player 3:

• Creation of virtual machines (!).
• New interface.
• The rest of the workstation copies.
