Yesterday, during the annual presentation of
Adobe Max 2009 , Adobe announced a new version of the Adobe Flash package (Flash Professional CS5) - one of the main innovations: the
ability to create stand-alone applications for the iPhone.
No need to explain what this means for the iPhone games market and for the AppStore as a whole.
The next version of Flash will allow you to create applications ready to be sent to the AppStore. Now closed beta testing is underway, however several applications are already at AppLaw Store:
')
-
That Roach Game
-
Just Letters
-
Chroma Circuit
Interesting moments:
- The user does not need to install anything, CS5 comes out the application ready to be sent to the AppStore.
- Promised OpenGL ES and hardware rendering support using an iPhone GPU.
- Promised high performance.
- There is access to the file system (within its folder) and SQL lite
- Firmware only 3.0 and higher
- Action Script 3 (1, 2 not supported)
- no flash in Safari :)
- Flash applications do not work on a Mac simulator
-
RTMP available
All this should come out by the end of the year, and before the office. release will be a public beta (
subscribe to the newsletter on the occasion of its release ).
Additional references on the topic:
I must say that Adobovtsi prepared just fine: a
forum , a
page fak , a
page on Adobe Labs .
And a little bit of thinking on the topic.
It seems to me that since the new year the gaming section of the appstore is waiting for the changes to be ...
We are waiting for millions of ported slag toys?
Although, on the other hand, it is an opportunity for thousands of talented developers to express themselves.
After all, now there is an opportunity to develop iPhone software for Windows without hemorrhoids.
Well, the same: a lot of publishers are waiting for you, developers and developers.
There will be questions on the market - please, answer. You can
