About Smalltalk in Russia

The Russian-speaking Smalltalk development team, which has recently begun its formation, has plans to hold a seminar in which participants will share their experiences using modern language implementations.

In St. Petersburg, presumably at the end of October of this year, a conference is planned. The theme of the conference: "The use of Smalltalk in Russian companies." Reports on Smalltalk projects in the areas of industrial design, real-time systems, and automation of the restaurant business are envisaged. Duration of the seminar: 2-3 hours. The date and venue of the conference will be announced later when the number of participants is determined.
