PwnageTool 3.1.3 for Mac OS

PwnageTool is still out. BUT! There is no promised windows support yet.

Now the general meaning of further messages from the dev-team:

iPhone 3GS: if it already has 3.1 (off), then there is NO checked jail yet.
the phone should already be hacked 3.0 or 3.0.1
iPod 2G: if it already has 3.1 (off), then so far, alas
on the bottom should stand hacked 3.0 or 3.0.1
But the next sentence scares me, to be honest:

There is no Windows version of the PwnageTool.

-> There is no release of the new version of PwnageTool for Windows, only for Macs. We are NOT developing a version of PwnageTool for Windows.
What does it mean!??
