Augmented Reality Experimental Interfaces

AR (Augmented Reality) technologies are now in fashion. Several leading startups ( Sekai camera , Layar ) have started and are developing, hundreds of videos pop up on youtube on Augmented Reality request.



Currently, AR is most often used to render on a computer screen virtual objects superimposed on a video stream from a camera. The person rotates any marker, looks at the monitor and watches the 3D model drawn in place of the marker. This approach severely limits the use of AR, but the beginnings of a new vision of the application of such technologies are emerging.
