Advertise on the Google homepage - only for favorites

I check my morning mail today and stumble upon a habrauser's answer to my comment. I somewhere left a comment about the failure of the layout for IE6 and the use of the chrome frame. Habrayuzer wrote that it would be difficult for ordinary users to install this plugin. I did not respond in the heat and decided to check how difficult it is to deliver it.

I run ie6 and go to google.com, google turns out to be so smart that it immediately transfers me to google.com. Okay, that's not the point, but the point is that I see a very interesting sentence:
